I first had these cookies when my husband and I went to the Tullibee for dinner and ordered some after-dinner coffee. These cookies came with the coffee and although the food at the Tullibee was excellent, these cookies were the highlight of our evening - I think we had lavender sea salt, but anyways, they just blew me away. I asked the waitress for the recipe and that’s how I came to discover Thumbs. Since then I’ve had the rosemary pecan (heaven) and the double chocolate. Yeah, it can be a little pricey but I can’t imagine the hours of work to make these delicate little things. If you have the willpower, buy in bulk.
